Kick-start your day with happiness, guys! But how???
Nah, this is what I did to start my day in a positive way and I bet you should try this too :D
Wake up earlier before fajr, pray at least two rakaat solah, recite all of your special du'a, pray fajr in jama'ah, recite quran at least a page (you can decide yourself, it's ok, as long as you read it), recite ma'thurat on the way to track, yes, the sport track.
There you are, on the track! Try jog 6 rounds. I bet you round 4-6 was the hardest, the most painful part. No pain no gain, right? Don't forget to look up onto the sky, see the colour changes up there. See the flocks of birds flying above you and say, "there you go, you can do it, dear!" Plus two rounds walk, make your legs relax before you stop. Now, see....the sun is saying HI to you!
Take a breath, put hands on your face, warm. As warm as the shining morning sun! Yeah, the blood circulates effectively in your body and it's ready for all activities of the day!
You gotta try and don't forget the dhuha ;)
*Do you know, 400m walk equals to 210 times istighfar? I knew it just now :D
